Additional Property Attributes

Improved with two buildings: one 7,040 sf and one 8,565 sf. One building is occupied by a vehicle/equipment repair business and the other building is being used as a warehouse for a fencing company. The business on the adjoining property, Rochester Optical, is evaluating the possible purchase of the property for the purpose of expanding its business. An underground storage tank and associated contaminated soils were removed from the property between 2005 and 2009 and a NYSDEC spill number was assigned. A subsequent NYSDEC spill closure letter was issued.

Former Use: Undeveloped land from at least 1910 to approximately 1940, a box and crate yard, and various commercial/manufacturing operations since approximately 1940 to present.
