Additional Property Attributes

Located in the Millers Falls village center, the 1.72 acre parcel contains three structures used for commercial and residential purposes, and has undeveloped land that abuts active rail lines. The Town of Montague acquired this property and has issued an RFP to seek proposals for the sites redevelopment.

Former Use: According to historic maps, the site's structures were developed by 1914. These structures were historically used for commercial and residential purposes. There is some indication that a structure, which no longer exists on the site, had been a fire station and a storage house. One of the structures was believed to be an auto storage facility in the 1930s. Presently, the site is mostly vacant.
