Additional Property Attributes

The facilities investigated include two large, abandoned greenhouses that encompass approxixmately 7.5 acres and include a water tank, oil-fueled boiler and boiler generator. Potential RECs encountered in the Phase I environmental site assessment include a few abandon drums and associated stained soil, approximately 10 lengths of asbestos-cement piping and an unused irrigation well. Exterior skirt paneling on the work from ground level to approximate height of 3 feet was tested for asbestos content and demonstrated to be made of non-asbestos material (fiberglass). Further investigation of the abandoned drums and acm piping is planned during a Phase II investigation for pesticides and herbicides at the small greenhouse.
