Property has been purchased and is being renovated for a fireplace sales and installation service center

Former Use: The Site consists of one (1) 3.97-acre parcel with one (1) 2,828 square-foot farmhouse building, two (2) greenhouse structures totaling 6,184 square feet, and one (1) 3,062 square-foot barn building with a work shop and office/store front space. The farmhouse building is currently occupied by a residential tenant, and the barn is currently used as a work shop, office space and storage area for the Victorian Enterprises Company of Raymond, New Hampshire. The farmhouse building and barn were reportedly constructed in 1830 and have been used since that time for farming and residential purposes. The greenhouses were added to the Site in 1974 when the former owners, Robert and Galdys Leith, utilized the Site as garden supply and greenhouse facility where vegetables and flowers were grown and sold. The prior owner, Mrs. Judith Leavis, of 288 North River Road LLC, purchased the Site in December 1999 and continued the garden center operations up until the fall of 2010 when the garden center closed. The property was recently sold in April 2012 to a company that sells and installs residential fireplaces and stoves.
