Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Site is considered to be a single 1.47-acre parcel of land located along the western side of Main Street (Rte 121A). The Site is improved with one (1) 1,520 square-foot wood-d building. The Site building is currently used as a glass repair shop known as the Timberlane Plate Glass Company. The remainder the Site not occupied by the Site building is lawn or undeveloped land. The Site is located in a residential neighborhood. Since the buildings construction in 1925, the Site has reportedly been used as a family-owned and operated automobile service station that sold gasoline (Davis Garage) between 1933 and the mid-1970s, an antique storage facility between 1978 and 1980, and as a glass repair shop since 1980 (Timberlane Plate Glass Company). The Site was reportedly once part of a larger parcel that included both the current Site building and an adjacent residence. This original property was subdivided in March 1983, whereby the owner at that time maintained the residential portion and the land that represents the current Site boundary was transferred to the owners of Timerlane Glass Company.
