Additional Property Attributes

The site is a 2.5 acre parcel of land in Noble, Cleveland County, OK. The lot consists of a concrete pad, concrete and gravel parking lot, three (3) UST tanks (1,000-gallon, 3,000-gallon, and 4,000-gal) and vent pipes. The surrounding area includes residential structures and undeveloped land. CCRC performed a site reconnaissance of the property and found evidence of environmental concerns due to abandoned UST�s. Based on the interview and records review, the site has been previously used as a gas station.

Former Use: Property used to be a gas station and store, but they burned down in the late 1990s. There were 3 USTs on site that hadn't been closed.
