Former Use: The subject property, consisting of an approximate 5-acre undeveloped parcel, is located at the northwest corner of the intersection of Sheridan Road and 20th Avenue north in the city of Escanaba. There are no site improvements or structures on the property. There has been extensive filling of the property with boiler ash and construction debris. There is extensive development to the west of the subject property, some of which has had significant losses of petroleum projects from above ground and below ground storage tanks. The property is currently owned by the Bosk Corporation and is being considered by Fleet Maintenance for construction of a truck and trailer repair and sales facility.
