Former Use: The property was originally the Ligget & Myers tobacco company warehousing operation. It has been owned by several developers and has been used for warehouseing and antique fairs. In 2012, the LFUCG Planning commission approved the property's application for "Adaptive Reuse", providing several mechanisms by which the property can be redeveloped.
