Additional Property Attributes

Property developed with auto repair/maintenance shop, gas stations and cleaners from 1930s to 1980s. Another gas station on-site until 1950. Food and candy making businesses from 1960s to 1980s. Demolition of all on-site structures since that time. The site forms part of the Memorial Drive Greenway Project, a proposed one-mile linear park between Memorial Drive and MLK Jr Drive.

Former Use: UST Closure Report indicates two tanks, alcohol and gasoline, were installed in 1961, last used in 1980, and were closed in place with concrete in 1998. NFAR status is current.
