Property Highlights

The property was built in 1921. The building functioned as a vaudeville and movie theater through the mid 1980s. A non-profit purchased the building in fall 2012 with the purpose of restoring the theater. A new roof has been installed and the building is currently being cleaned out. A partially buried heating oil tank is located in the basement and will need some assessment work. No confirmed releases at the site to date.
