Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The park was constructed by Nevada Consolidated Copper in the early 1900s, providing its employees with a place for recreational activities. The property was than owned by Kennecot. Although it is not known when Kennecott came into ownership of the property, in 1961 ownership was transfered to the White Pine County School District. The site was acquired via Quit Claim from the White Pine County School District on March 14, 1994. The current owner of the site is the White Pine County Board of Commissioners.
