Additional Property Attributes

The property is located just west of Hafen Ranch Road between Thousandaire Boulevard and Heritage Drive in a vacant area previously used to support agriculture to the west. The well is a former agricultural well not currently connected to the Pahrump Utility Company water system.

Former Use: The site is surrounded by vacant land. The well is not enclosed by a fence, and was previously used to support agriculture to the west. The wellhead was partially covered by a fallen tree at the time of the site visit. A pole mounted transformer is located adjacent to the site. The transformer appeared to be in good condition and showed no signs of leakage. The wellhead was closed with a steel plate bolted on to prevent access to the well. The well is a former agricultural well not currently connected to the Pahrump Utility Company water system. There are no structures at the site.
