Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The USA Fabrics site is one of the few remaining textile industrial uses in Clarke County. The site is only partially used at this time by USA Fabrics. Primary use includes manufacturing and processing of t-shirts. The site is owned by the County through a previous grant used to fund economic development activities. The site is being considered for expansion or conversion to other industrial uses.
