Additional Property Attributes

The property currently exists at Quitman's City Hall and was a service station prior to reuse as City Hall.

Former Use: The site currently exists as the Quitman City Hall. Prior to its current use, the site was used as a service station or possibly a greyhound bus station. Documentation exists that one or more USTs were and still may be on site. The Phase I recommends a very limited Phase II to validate the presence of USTs and to document anecdotal evidence of indoor air quality concerns.
