Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: This parcel is part of a contiguous group of three properties identified by the Town as the Canal Street properties. Each of the three properties has a different development and usage history. Lot 29 was initially developed in the 1880s and used as a bottling facility. Later occupants of the property included a beauty salon, furniture companies, a blacksmith, a lodging house, and residential occupants. The current occupant, Miceli Furniture, has occupied this property since 1952 and used it for furniture retail (ceased in 1990) and warehousing.
