Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Subject Property is currently used as a seasonal recreational vehicle park with three structures on the Site. The RV Park can accommodate up to 60 recreational vehicles. The first structure is a two story house on the property. The first story of the property is used for storage, RV Park Manager Office and a recreational room for guests of the RV Park. The second story is a rental apartment. The second structure is a shower and restroom and a laundry facility for the guests of the RV Park. The third structure is a former gas station and service garage. At the time of this writing, the former gas station and garage are in the process of being demolished.
