Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Site appears to have initially been developed in 1927 as a grocer (Haumersen). City Directory records indicate that the grocer operated at the Residential Parcel until approximately 1969 when the property was sold to Frederick Blickle. It is believed that Mr. Blickle used this Parcel as his residence while operating an Auto Repair facility on the adjacent Commercial Parcels. Mr. Blickle owned the Residential Parcel until 1999 when he sold it to the current property owners Donald and Nancy Lowry. The Lowrys are currently utilizing this parcel as a multi-family residential property, whereby the Lowrys have resided in the first floor since taking ownership in 1999, and rent out the second floor as an apartment.
