Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Site appears to have been initially developed for commercial/industrial purposes in 1962 when Orban T. Workinger purchased the Site from Glen and Gloria E. Herrli. Workinger Electric appeared to occupy the Site until approximately 1978 when the Site was sold the Elkhart Community Schools. The school district continues to own and operate the Site and has utilized the Site for storage for the majority of that time.
