Additional Property Attributes

The Rifle Range was made in the 70's by excavating a side of a knoll, which overlooks the surrounding mountains and valleys. Signs of cultural resources on the top of the knoll and a habitat of an endemic plant species have been identified. Despite the abuse from illegal dumping and uncontrolled off-road vehicle activities, a plant species diversity is significanly higher than other areas in Tribal land.

Former Use: Property is owned by Ute Mountain Ute Tribe.
