Additional Property Attributes

The property current operates as a woodworking operation. There are approximately 12 employees at the site. The tenant is working to acquire the site from the property owner.

Former Use: The property was constructed in 1953 and was historically occupied by Stengel Sash & Door, Loth Budget Office Furniture and DDD Corporation. The site is currently occupied by Innovative Woodowrking, Inc. The site is located adjacent to former industrial sites with environmental impacts. These adjacent sites are undergoing remediation thru the state voluntary cleanup program.
