Former Use: Two of the sites have existing structures and the remaining sites do not currently have structures located on site. 130 S Chestnut St has a 17,500 square foot building that has been used as office space. The site has also previously been used for residential dwellings, a livestock exhibit hall/colosseum, a woodworking facility, general storage, and a Red Cross. 131 S Chestnut St has a 7,000 square foot building that has been used for office space, and a 500,000 gallon steel 115� elevated water tower that has been out of service for approximately 10 years. The site has also previously been used for residential dwellings. The remaining sites without structures on site have previous known uses including residential dwellings and parking lots.
