Additional Property Attributes

SER conducted which suggested possible contamination from abandoned gas station located nearby. Urban Restoration & Enhancement Corporation (UREC) was unable to extend purchase agreement through Phase I activities and purchased the property with plans to develop as playground and recreation area. Phase I activities not yet underway. (Property profile received 1/21/2005 included with QR 4, 7/1/04-9/30/04) Limited Phase II contract awarded. (Property profile form included with QR 5, 10/1/04-12/31/04) Phase II assessment showed no release from adjacent UST, that was previously removed, and no contaminantion on site. (PPF attached to QR 8, 7/1/05-9/30/05)
