Additional Property Attributes

The property at 795 North 23rd Street was submitted by Capital Park CDC. It is the planned redevelopment of affordable housing in the form of large family apartments. Brownfields staff assisted with the environmental review section of the Louisiana Housing and Finance (LHFA) HOME loan application. Environmental assessment is currently being considered. (PPF attached to QR 5, 7/1/04-9/30/04) Capital Park CDC was awarded the LHFA loan and wil continue redevelopment activities. (PPF attached to QR 8, 7/1/05-9/30/05)
