Additional Property Attributes

This property was submitted by O'Brien House. They plan to construct dormitories for their campus. They were concerned about adjacent land uses. An Environmental Review has been conducted and found an adjacent auto supply store and power station to be cause for concern.(PPF attached to QR 8, 7/1/05-9/30/05) A Phase I and Phase II ESA have been conducted. A RECAP/delineation sampling plan is currently being drafted. Brownfields staff are assisting O' Brien House staff with redevelopment planning.(QR 11, 4/01/06-6/30/06)

Former Use: Dormitories for halfway house, office use.
