Former Use: The site is a 2.56 acre site with a 43,434 sq. ft. building. The building was leased from the Excallier family to DF Inc to manufacture radio parts. CentruyTel purchased DF Inc at some point. Manufacturing ceased in 1995, but CenturyTel continued to pay the 30 year lease, although it is unknown if they used the building during that time. The lease ended in 2009 and the owner ceased paying property taxes. The City has a raze order on the building due to structural issues.
