Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The county aquired the White property in February 2012 from Seneca Products Co. due to foreclosure. This property was historically used for storage and recycling of waste oils, solvents and petroleum products. The Lesperance property was used as a fuel oil bulk storage area and distribution center from the 1960s-1980s. A 20,000 sq. ft. warehouse and manufacturing facility (and two outbuildings) were built in the early 1980s. The most extensive manufacturing was wooden play systems. The property was acquired through foreclosure.
