Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The site is 37.79 acres with three buildings (7000, 3360, and 1280 sq. ft. respectively). The site was used as a saw mill and pulp yard in the early 1940s. After changing hands several times, the facility burned down. In 1970, Midwest Forest Products began operating a pulp mill on the site until they shut down in 2003. Many trucks and machinery hae been used throughout the sites 60 year history.
