Additional Property Attributes

Phase I confirmed lead and PAH contamination in soil. Based on the data collected, it is the opinion of HR Green that the detected contaminants in Range 1 soil represent a possible risk to the human health and the environment. It is unknown if cleanup is required since do not know the end use of the property and recommended additional sampling to further assess the nature and extent of the contamination identified in soil borings SB1, SB3, and SB4 prior to any redevelopment efforts. If the property is redeveloped for non-residential use, cleanup would not be required according to cumulative risk calculations.

Former Use: The property contained a residential home from 1884-1988 and a vacant lot since 1993.
