Additional Property Attributes

Lead was detected above the Statewide Standard. Cumulative risk calculations were unacceptable for the residential and non-residential use, so cleanup is required. Further assessment was recommended to assess the extent of lead contamination identified on the site. Whether ICs or ECs will be required is unknown until cleanup remedy is selected based on extent of lead contamination and planned reuse.
