Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Site is a commercial lot with an unoccupied metal shop building. A sign-support structure and light standard are also on the Site. A wagon house was on the Site in at least 1913. The existing metal building has been on the Site since circa 1950 and it has been used as an auto body/paint shop and for general storage. The southern portion of the Site has been a used car lot. Alley pavement immediately north of the onsite metal building appears to have been discolored by waste oil seepage from under the buildings northern wall. The potential for impacted onsite soil due to a release inside the metal building is considered a REC.
