Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Site includes two parcels that are undeveloped lots partially covered with vegetation. An alley separates the parcels. Domestic trash is scattered around the Site and there are piles of leaves and grass clippings at some onsite areas near the alley. The southern parcel of the Site was developed with a dwelling and associated outbuildings from at least as early as 1898 until at least the mid-1990s. In at least 1913, the northern parcel of the Site was used as a wood yard (presumably firewood or lumber storage) and a stable was on the parcel. The northern parcel was developed with as many as three dwellings and at least one garage (not necessarily concurrently) between at least the early-1920s and at least the mid-1990s. No RECs were identified.
