Additional Property Attributes

The Former Trader Alan's Truck Stop property is a portion of a small part of a proposed redevelopment project in the area encompassing 440 acres. This effort, known as Terrasphere, would build as many as 170 condominiums on the property as well as another 176 across the road near Bailey's Pond. In addition to residential use, some of the 440 acres earmarked as part of the project would be used for an industrial park, office park, and golf course. The property is adjacent to an interchange onto I-495, a major regional highway. (PPF - Former Trader Alan's Truck Stop, 2/4/05)
