Additional Property Attributes

The Grantee reported working closely with the current property owner (State of Vermont) and the interested developer (McKernon Group) throughout the assessment phase. At this point, the developer is keeping the option on the property and is actively marketing the property to potential users. (QR 4, 7/1/04-9/30/04)

Former Use: Originally a horse farm, these lots were part of a campus for a residential school for the mentally challenged. Buildings on these lots constructed in 1950's. Used as dormitories with small on-site medical clinics.
