Additional Property Attributes

Regency development is proposing to acquire the property and build a 198 unit affordable townhome and apartment rental community. The property is located in the heart of the city's Florida Enterprise Zone and the recently designated Florida Brownfield Area. A minimum of 70 percent of the units will be targeted to individuals and families with children that earn less than 60 percent of the Brevard County median income. Of the sixty-nine total acres, approximately 20 acres will be developed and the remainder preserved for greenspace and wetland preservation. (PPF attached to QR 2, 1/1/04-3/31/04)
