Additional Property Attributes

The property is located in an area within the city's Florida Enterprise Zone that exhibits the most pervasive levels of unemployment and poverty, Census Tract 626 Block Group 1. According to 2000 Census Data and Bureau of Labor Statistics, the Block Group maintains a poverty rate of 53% and an unemployment rate of 33 percent. The Central Florida Community Development Corporation (CFCDC) operates, in partnership with the City of Cocoa, the Cocoa Enterprise Center. The Center is a mixed-use business incubator. Currently, the CFCDC leases space but they are seeking to acquire, renovate and expand incubation operations. (PPF attached to QR 2, 1/1/04-3/31/04)
