Additional Property Attributes

According to sources, the site is a former compressor booster station that had been abandoned for a number of years and utilized as a pipe storage yard. A Phase II investigation was done on site and revealed no contamination. As of October 2015, the site had been redeveloped as a truck yard for Oilfield Trucking Solutions, LLC, owned by Chesapeake Energy. Although the site was originally intended to be 6.02 acres of greenspace, it has been redeveloped to 2.55 acres of greenspace, and 3.47 acres of commercial area.
