Additional Property Attributes

The original property owner also owned the office/commercial building adjacent to the south and when the subject building was constructed in 1977, a concrete tunnel was constructed connecting the two buildings. Mr. Place stated that Mercury Printing first occupied the subject property in 1990/91. The western portion of the subject building was used as office space and the eastern portion was remodeled and used as printing production space. Mercury Printing conducted printing operations within the subject building for approximately three to four years. Mr. Place indicated that for the past 10 years, the subject building has been used as warehouse space for the storage of paper products. (PPF attached to QR 7, 4/1/05-6/30/05)
