The Potee-Garrett property has good access to I-895, is adjacent to the Brooklyn neighborhood commercial center, and enjoys favorable visibility from Patapasco and Potee streets, two primary arteries. The property has the potential to be developed into neighborhood retail services (the community has expressed support for a supermarket).
