Additional Property Attributes

The subject property was historically utilized as an automotive dealership and funeral home. The site was most recently occupied by the City of Bangor Police Department and the Bangor Library. The southern portion of the building formerly occupied by the Police Department has been vacant since a fire in 2010. The City of Bangor is evaluating redevelopent options.

Former Use: The "L" shaped parcel occupies 0.35 acres and is occupied by a 8,256 sq. ft. building. The site is owned by the City of Bangor. The site was historically utilized as an automotive dealership and funeral home. The site has most recently been utilized by the City of Bangor as a library and former Police Station. The southern portions of the buliding formerly occupied by the Police Station have been vacant since a fire in 2010.
