Additional Property Attributes

The subject property consists of eleven parcels occupying approximately 3.1 acres. The site is currently developed with one building occupied by both a Church and the City of Gobles Road Commission. The site is located adjacent to the Kal-Haven Trail; a popular recreational path connecting the cities of Kalamazoo and South Haven. The developer desires to acquire and redevelop the site with a micro-brewery and bike rental business.

Former Use: The site occupies 3.1 acres and is developed with a commercail building. The site was historically utilized as a Penn-Central train depot. Subsequent uses include: bulk oil storage/distribution, automotive service, fertilizer/pesticide storage/retail, and a Church. Ten of the eleven parcels are owned by Mr. Curtis Mans and one parcel is owned by the Village of Gobles.
