Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Vacant lot used for residential. Property is located across from major east/west railway. Structure has been demolished and the property was enterend into the parish adjudication process. Phase I indicated is near a former railroad refueling stie where hydrocarbon impacts to soil and groundwater have been found. Petroleum Assessment funding would be required therefore Haz Funding was not used to conduct Phase II on site...
