Former Use: Vacant lot previously residential use. Structure was demolished and property enrolled in parish adjudication program. The Phase I ESA revealed the following evidence of recognized environmental conditions: The site is near to a former railroad refueling site hwere hydrocarbon impacts to soil and groundwater have been found.
