Additional Property Attributes

This property is part of the Rawleigh Corridor area that surrounds the Rawleigh Factory Complex. This property is currently a machine and commercial truck repair facility; historically operated/occupied by the Freeport General Electric Power Station. (PPF- 1/30/2007)

Former Use: The Property is developed with a 2,880 square-foot, one story commercial building (Property building). The approximate 20-year-old Property building is steel d and constructed of corrugated steel sheeting on a concrete slab foundation. A single vehicle overhead garage door is located on the south side of the Property building, and a double vehicle overhead garage door is located on the north side of the Property building. Concrete driveway/aprons are located at the base of each overhead door. The remaining grounds consist of gravel covered parking and drive areas located to the east and north of the Property building, and maintained grass-covered surfaces to the west and south of the Property building. Historical sources depict operations on the property as stock yards (1890-1897), manufacturing and lumber yard (1904-1950), parking lot (1968), truck/auto repair and machine welding (2000-2015).
