Additional Property Attributes

A Phase I ESA has been completed on this site. The contractors CRW Engineering (MT) conducted the work, and reports. Also a Phase II ESA was completed on this site by CRW Engineering.

Former Use: Thi Property was aqquired by the Chippewa Cree Tribe through the Congressional Act of 1916. This is the Adjacent propety to the fuel leak from the Pastime Gas station in the summer of 2012. Business records indicate that over 70,000 gallons of unleaded gasoline was leaked into the Sun Dance Creek Drainage. This area sits in the middle of the main junction of the Reservation. It is also in close proximity to the Rocky Boy Schools.
