Additional Property Attributes

There are still 2 UST's still buried on this site they were emptied and filled with sand to make them inert this activity was done in 2007. This site was a gas station and cafe in the 1970's selling regular leaded gasoline. A Phase I was completed in the summer of 2009 Conducted by Portage Environmental of Helena and a Phase II ESA was completed in the spring of 2011, this was done in cooperation with the Browfields Department of Bear Paw Development Corporation.

Former Use: This property was aqquired by the Chippewa Cree People through the Congressional Act of 1916. There wa an old gas station store and cafe in the 1970's.
