Additional Property Attributes

The Union Pacific (UP) and Burlington Northern (BN) property was listed in the Work Plan as Site 1. For purposes of reporting, the two properties are divided out. The BN property has had Phase II investigation performed, however, no assessment activity has been done on the UP property. Assessment will start on the UP property when EPA approves the sampling plan. (PPF attached to QR 4, 7/1/04-9/30/04) Phase II assessment has been performed on the UP property with grant funds. The city has taken ownership through condemnation and is preparing for redevelopment. The land will be used for parking for the former Universal Paint property, now occupied by Butler Rosenbury and Partners, an architectural firm. (PPF - Union Pacific (South Yard), 12/20/05)
