Additional Property Attributes

The VAP Phase I Property Assessment concluded there were 10 Identified Areas, primarily based on historic uses of the property. The IAs included: former manufacuturing areas, three former drum storage areas, former solvent underground storage tank area, former fuel oil UST, removed UST area, former plating facility, former AST farm, former 50,000-gallon storage tank, and gas tanks. The report indicated further investigation via a Phase II ESA would be warranted.

Former Use: Property has been vacant for 9 years due to foreclosure and was formerly a Wendy's Restaurant. Applicant would like to redevelop property into retail strip center with Family Dollar as an anchor.
