Additional Property Attributes

Concentrations of PAHs and VOCs were detected in the in subsurface soils and may be leaching to the groundwater. A groundwater investigation was not conducted as part of this Phase II.

Former Use: The property formerly was utilized for milling, a storage and assembly plant, an auto parts manufacturer, and a dry cleaners. A previously conducted Phase I ESA identified 5 to 7 USTs containing possible solvents and/or gasoline, asbestos-containing materials, lead-based paint, and the potential for PCBs-impacted building materials. Applicant would like to redevelop property an annex to the existing Murtis H. Taylor Community Center.
