Additional Property Attributes

While concentrations of lead, arsenic, TPH, SVOCs, and VOCs were detected in the soils; the existing building serves an engineering control that eliminates the potential for direct contact. The concentrations of VOCs were too low to pose a threat for inhalation (indoor air). The groundwater had low concentrations of barium, cadmium, chromium, lead, and MTBE; however, none of the concentrations exceeded the applicable VAP standards.

Former Use: This property formerly was utilized as a paint factory, metal fabrication facility, Picket Ice Works and a brewery. The property has been vacant since the 1990s.
