Additional Property Attributes

Minor concentrations of volatile organic compounds were encountered in the soils on the property. It is possible the contaminants have leached to groundwater; however, monitoring wells were not installed as part of this investigation. The site can be developed as is if there are no subsurface foundations constructed.

Former Use: Six of the seven parcels have been vacant. The property was previously utilized for auto body repair. The adjacent properties have been utilized as gas stations, dry cleaners, auto body repair, and extermination services.
